would bad Differential bearings cause this?

http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....hreadid=237636

the axle doesnt move around as most ppl describe when they have bad diff bearings but I just dont understand why it would leak? 2 axles and 2 seals and we still cant figure it out. the dealer says the axle seems to be going in at an angle causing the seal to be pushed to the side and leak. What do you think I should do? the leak is bad
