QUICKLY! 95-96 or 97-99??
i know one of them has a bumper that protrudes farther out. Which one is it 95-96 or 97-99? I'm looking at an exhaust that is known to fit a 95-96 perfectly but not sure if it will be too short or too long for the 97-99. please help thanks!

I can confirm that. The rear bumper of the 97+ is longer.
Are you getting an Apexi WS? If so, I hear on the 97s, it can range in how far out it goes. Some (like carnal_c30) fit nearly flush, while for others, the tip is short by about an inch.
