burnt out bulb harness!!!

i updated my headlights to some nice hyper white, baby blue lookin lights a while back. my drivers side light always goes off and since i drive a maxima as u do, the hi beams come on when somethings wrong. after wondering what was wrong i realized that the harness just got burnt... i would really like to know if i can get sum stronger harnesses that could handle the intense heat of these bulbs... like are there any aftermarket products that can help me out??? i love the look of the bulbs, but its a shame if i cant use them.

besides that my foglights have a short...same kind of bulbs, but even with regular bulbs they always end up dying and when i put a new fuse it pops on spot. i heard theres a way to give each fog light its own fuse. for instance, the left has one 15 and the right has another 15...does anyone know of this? PLEASE HELP
