anyways they only other thing they said it could be was the master or slave cylinder...they are going to replace those on monday (no parts anywhere in town)....costing me ~550!!! does this price seem fair or am i being ripped off? do they really need to take the tranny apart?
thanks

ok well i looked in the haynes manual and it didnt seem like a big job
anyways the service manager just called me to clear find out what was going on because he wasnt in yesterday and the mechanic left early today (sick)...anyways i guess there was some confusion and he est. about 150 for labor and i think parts about 100. he was the nicest and sincerest service rep ive ever dealt with and i didnt even say anything...he kept apologizing and promised to call before anywork was done with a more accurate estimate (after he talked to the mechanic)
i missed lollapalooza and thought i was out 500+ (i was going to order y pipe and intake this week, but repairs cancelled those plans) as soon as i get my car working back i can order the y pipe tho....
crossing my fingers
