it's an austrailian Maxima I think. So yes it would be right hand drive.
Other than that I don't see anything else majorly different. Other than none of that crap behind the throttle body that is on ours. Sorry I can't remember what it is called.

And that's a 2.0 Liter.

And:
Cruise Control Solenoid
Wipers facing the other way
A/C hose in a different place
Grill is part of hood, like on I30's

yeah I was wondering that too. but That can't be right. I have never heard of a VQ20de. That would be weird. If I am wrong are there any specs on this engine?

That cars not Aussie, because our motor is the same non-VI VQ30DE as the USA. VQ20DE is mainly for the Asia/UK/European markets and is around 160hp with shopping cart performance.

Biggest thing that ***** me about RHD engine bay is having to change the fuel filter from underneath. With the relocated hoses and crap, from above I can only just touch it with the tip of one finger.

RHD is more friendly to the supercharging, cuz A/C lines on the other side.

I saw a Maxima in Aruba and I thought it looked very good. It looked almost like an I30 but more agressive. I thought it looked great, but I didn't get a picture . That might be the Engine from a Maxima from Aruba, except they aren't RHD.
