Or, you can use V-Power copper plugs from NGK.
BKR5E-11 I think.

That is correct, what the last 2 guys said... I just changed my plugs to the NGK V-Power copper plugs (BKR5E-11) and it is a night and day difference... my old plugs were the Platinum with 40,000 miles on them. I'm sure that new Platinums would have felt just as good, but with Copper you get to change plugs more often and have that new plug feeling more often... plus for NA cars some believe that it conducts better.
Just make sure that you get a gapping tool and gap it at 0.044" because those coppers do not come pre-gapped.

I just use copper ones since they're only about 2 bucks each. I have to change these at 30k unlike the plats which you change at 60k, but in the long run copper will be cheaper and supposedly work better

Thanks guys. I am going to get them off ebay. I am too wary of the copper plugs because I once worked at Advance auto and needed plugs so i crossed the right laser plug to a v-power ngk and i didnt like the way the max reacted....but that is just me....

If someone is basically stock, there is pretty much no "seat of the pants" way you can tell the difference between platinum and copper. At the very least they'll be equal in performance, with the longevity edge going to the platinums. Gapped properly, a copper plug will almost always outperform a platinum plug (in terms of performance), at any power level. Just my opinion and experience. Not meant to be argumentative or rude in any way.

You just contradicted yourself man. First you say they'll be equal in performance with the longevity going to the platinum plugs. Then you say gapped properly a copper plug will almost always outperform platinum?? Gapping coppers goes without saying. Looks like your
