1997 Maxima SE, is it worth it?

hey guys, ive found a good car that I hope I will buy, its a used car

Its a 1997 Nissan Maxima SE i think, he said its either GLE or SE cuz the little tag thing for it is not there and he says no leather seats so im assuming SE

Mileage: 88,000 miles
Exterior: Burgundy
Interior: Gray
Price: $7,600

Options:
-Automatic
-AM/FM/Cassette
-Sunroof
-Air Conditioning
-Power Windows
-Power Door Locks
-PS
-Anti-Lock Brake System(ABS)
-Alloy Wheels
-Cruise Control
-Tilt Wheel
-Rear Spoiler
-New Brakes Installed
-New Alternator placed last year

*Just inspected this week*

I had someone check the record- no accidents, no nothing, it was CLEAN

I am meeting this guy tomorrow and I'm hoping it will be in very good condition

I'm going to negotiate down to $6,000-$6,500 range, anyway is this a good deal or a rip off?

advice please
