Max endures her second attack

Came out this a.m. to find my back window smashed by a beer bottle...I am assuming an angry ex, as we have just moved last week...and she is one of the few who actually knows where I live...luckily didn't rain last night...so I am getting the window replaced tommorow.....

hopefully there is a bright side though...had a dent in the trunk I am hoping to get fixed...and I am going to try and convince them that the first attack( with words keyed in the driverside rear door-different situation though ) is part of it as well and should be repainted...

one thing about it...they sure know how to get at me....my max is about the only thing I care about

on your way back from getting your window fixed, you should give her beer bottle back...through her windshield!

(paybacks a bit*ch!)

Man, you sure know how to break up with women. Reminds me of Ice Cube's 2nd Friday movie

well the keyed door was from the girls ex one night....but instead of the way I break up with them I think it has more to do with the ones that I date in the first place...

and I definitely was contimplating my revenge...but I think I am going to just chill...she just wants attention and I can **** her off best by not giving it to her...

Did you call the police to have a vandalism report made? I've worked cases like this (and specifically with a beer bottle. Seems to be a "weapon" of choice, especially for women). I took prints from the bottle (will only work if it wasn't "sweating"), and we caught the ex from those. In Louisiana, it was Aggravated criminal property damage as the window cost more than $100. That was a nice felony to slap her with, which made the guy pretty happy. She ended up with probation, a felony conviction on her record, and best of all had to make restitution. Just something to think about. State laws vary, so check with yours as to the admissibility of evidence like this.

no I didn't call the police because the bottle shattered pretty good and I was doubtfull they would be able to get anything off of the remains...like I said silence is my best weapon in this case....

I am almost positive that is the first time one of my posts has been edited by a mod

this is what happens when people make poor decisions. You're just paying the price for her past.

well I also should have ran away as more and more details came to light..but I guess it probably wouldn't have mattered...she is used to being chased by males..and she never got that from me...guess she didn't know how to handle it...go for pics and my estimate in the a.m.....looking good to get everything fixed....window was repaired last night and I added the other "damage" to the claim...
