AC Recharge Opinions

I've used them.
I accidentally overcharged my A/C system the last time and thanks tothe org & an A/C forum, I figured out that it was overcharged and now, it works great.
Bottom line, A/C recharge is great for a fully-functional system with no leaks, and you need a gauge to keep an eye on the pressure. If you have A/C problems (leaks, etc), take it to the $hop.
Perhaps a visit to the A/C $hop every few years wouldn't hurt either.

Servicing your A/C system really should be left to the pros.

I overcharged my system and had to replace my condensor. The original problem was my compressor. I monitored the pressure and it was fine. The next day the front of my car was smoking. The condensor was leaking and the stuff was hitting the engine and evaporating, my pressure was very high. Next time I will let the pros do it.
