Thieves

Hello everyone !
I purchased my max a few days ago and now I want to purchase a really really good lock for it. My car has alarm already but we all know that it doesnt do much.
Which lock or low jack do you guys prefer the best?
Is that bullit proof AUTOLOCK PRO any good? it seems to be very effective. How about the CLUB LX? What do you guys have to keep your beautifull maxima safe? any suggestions could help. thanks alot

Your Max has a crappy factory alarm so you should get a better one put in. Get one that pages you when the alarm goes off so you can chase the thieves with a bat or something (yes you have to carry a bat with you everywhere you go)

There was an attempt to steal my car and was no success for the *****er. I got a hood lock and a metal steering pan with club on it. The back of the club has a temper resistance so you should have it face toward you.

If you are asking about the hood lock, you can go to a shop that specialize on audio they usually have a steel cable hood lock system. Remember using the hood lock is not good enough. You must use it with a steering pan.

Never heard of this be for but "WHO" was talking about it in a thread a few down (Thread name: They stole my car).

I just hooked up a concealed switch to the fuel pump that I can press with my foot so even if I get car jacked I can kill the car. I'm thinking of connecting the switch to the fuel guage also to make it look as the though there is no gas.
he also said you can hook up a switch that locks the gear lever (may only work with a A/T) My friend has a 92 accord (stock) and it came with one but i've never heard of adding it.

Just a few ideas that can be done cheaply and may still be as affective as an expensive car alarm.
