Hydraulic Clutch fluid leaking. Help needed.

My Clutch reservoir is losing fluid eveytime I drive the car. I have to refill it about every 2 weeks. What should I look for, where could the leak be? Can I fix this myself? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
-Nick

spray the whole thing with brakleen and watch where it leaks from. trace the line from the master cyl down to the connectors where the spiral part is and from there trace it to the slave cyl.
