warpspeed ypipes

The aluminized is not going to rust through anytime in the next 25 years. The stainless might look a little prettier in 10 years, but Y-pipes stay hot enough that condensation is not a problem, and do not rust from the inside out like mufflers and tailpipes.
The original Y-pipe in my old 86' Pontiac is still holding up fine, and it wasn't even aluminized. If you want to spend extra money to be able to say you've got a stainless Y-pipe, feel free... but it's not necessary. When I purchased my Y-pipe, it was aluminized and cost $225 from WSP. It cam with all gaskets and bolts required for installation.
Good Luck!

Amen. Go to my homepage and you'll see my alumunized WSP y-pipe and there isn't an once of rust on it and it's been through 2 salty Kansas City winters. Stainless is do nothing for you other than lighten your wallet. Get the chaeper non-mandrel bent y-pipe too. Mandrel only make 1hp more (as seen with my own eyes on the dyno).

Hey Dave, is that 1HP peak, or are there other gains throughout the RPM band? I'm thinking about trying Warpspeed's Y-pipe over my current Stillen design.

I use to have a Stillen Y-pipe and sold it for cheap because the flex section was going out. I ended up picking up the WSP non-mandrel because it was cheap and had the lined flex. It is significantly more quiet than the Stillen plus I think it gained me a lot more power. With my Stillen Y-pipe I made 174fwhp and 192fwtq. I then dynoed (on the same machine) my WSP y-pipe and newly installed UDP. My car made 183fwhp and 193fwtq with huge gains after 5000rpms. Some parts gained over 10fwhp and 10fwtq. I know for a fact that my UDP didn't gain that much power.
