Vaccum leak help!!!

I have a vaccum leak somewhere near my throtle body I believe. Don't know what to do or where to start? Any methods or something that will help?

I was fixing a leak in rear timing cover and that required to take the plenym intake and valve covers off. So when i started the car, the engine wasn't running smooth at all. Idle would fluctuate. Also I hear a hissing sound near my throttle body. Also I have a code 13-2 - MAP/BARO SW Solenoid/Valve but Matthel/Turbo95Max told me not to worry about that....So what next????

OK you have a leak. Check with an auto parts place. There's a spray you can use that will help you locate it.

I've been told that starting fluid will work (makes idle higher when sprayed near a leak), but worry about the safety issue of spraying ether near anything hot. TB cleaner sprayed near a leak will cause the idle to drop.
A mechanics stethoscope can help you pinpoint it by sound since you said you can hear it.
