Car acting weird? Is it dying?
Well my car usually starts with no problem at all and on a quick turn of the key. But a couple times now, it tooka bit to turn over and once it did start I saw the oil light flicker several times quickly. And then the car is fine. But it feels like it may not start on those turn of the key. Anyideas? Thanks in advance

How many miles since your last major service? The flicker of the oil light could just be the oil pressure sensor, which is a common problems with Maximas, on it's way out. Replace it, it's a cheap part.

My oil light does the same thing. I think that is normal for the light to flicker on startup. If it is flickerign for more than say, 1.5 seconds, then begin to worry. As for turning over, maybe your battery is dying and not supplying enough power to the starter, or maybe the starter itself is going out. I think you have a relatively minor problem which you can diagnose. Your car is NOT dying.
