Key fob

I tried to search for this answer, but I couldn't. I need to know if I can use a key fob from a 2001 altima for my 96 max. My keyless remote broke and I bought another one from ebay, but it turns out to be for a 01 altima... Anyone know if it will work?

I seriously doubt it would work.

Even if it unlocked the doors I bet the features like rolling the windows up with the remote wouldn't work.

a remote for a 01 altima will not work on a 4th gen max. no way no how.
