well..i guess it a newbie question
i just ordered a stillen hi-flow intake today and i was wondering what kind of differance i can expect...stillen site says it might make it louder or something like that but is power and responce gonna change to be worth the 150 of buying it....oh part number is 402951 for anyone it might concern but if you could please give me some feedback to what i might expect when i get it installed thanks
not sure exactly which one you are talking about.
intakes for the max make it pretty freakin sweet sounding from 3800rpm or so and up.
give about 5fwhp i think...not really noticeable.
you will be able to scare people on the sidewilk if you gun it past them...

Yeah you pretty much get a mean sound and about 5 HP, which really is not enough to "feel". But you will think you car is faster because of the sound. You should have just bought a JWT popcharger for like $115, same thing...

get it,BALL. It sounds really awesome.
It's probably the first mod that any maxima owner gets because of the sound. Plus i hear it helps to have a hi-flow intake to increase gas mileage. Trust us BALL you won't regret it!!!
