Only get 02 codes when doing over 100mph, should i replace them?

Only get 02 codes when doing over 100mph, should i replace them?
I was getting knock sensor and 02 codes all the time. I've since replaced my knock sensor and only get the 02 codes when I do over 100 mph for 1 mile or so. When i do get the codes i get the ones for the front and rear heated 02 sensors. Should I replace these? I get roughly 21 mpg which is made up of 85% highway miles.
