I have the Motivational strut mounts and have the instructions:

Top Nut
Upper Gold Washer
Stock Rubber washer
Motivational mount
Rubber Ring
Urethane Washer (Provided)
Hardened metal washer (Provided)
Bumpstop

The question I have is:

How do you get all of that on there??? I cannot get the "TOP NUT" to go on because there are hardly any threads left...! For those who have installed...how did you do it? Please let me know. Thanks!!!

I don't know if I did this right...but what I ended up doing was installing everything as described except for the stock rubber washer. Everything fit, and there was no noise. Please let me know if I did this correctly. Thanks!
