Warpspeed vs Cattman/Place Racing CAI

I am going to be buying this tomorrow on Wed 9/3. I was wondering if i should just get the warpspeed CAI instead of the place racing since it is cheaper. I have a 97 5 spd. I dont care about looks just performance. Also does warpspeed give you the new MAF adapter piece?Ive searched before just wanted to here latest opinions.

is the hole cut in the same place for all the CAI's?

i would go with cattman .. when i change out mine im definately going cattman .. those guys rule and the service is incredible .. are you a 3rd ? you might get a discount there ?
