Dude that sucks.. I'd be killin someone... Here at college I had someone bash my door with their red door, down to the metal... yours doesnt look too bad tho, you should be able to just have that part of the bumper painted at a trusty body shop for a reasonable price. Try using Meguiars paint cleaner (step 1 of 3) on every bit of that scratch, it will take a little effort, but you should be able to get some of that crap off of there where it's not to the bone

You need to use polish. Ty to find some of the 3m Perfect-it or Meguiars DACP or something similar. Garbage cleaner wax from autozone isn't going to do ****. I can't tell from the pics but it looks like there is some level of just dirt/the other cars paint that you can get off. If there are scratches that go through the paint, your only option is the body shop (NO SPRAYPAINT on that otherwise clean looking Max for the love of god).
EDIT: Now that I look at it again, I think you could lessen the appearance, especially around the edges, but I think you will def need the body shop for a complete repair.

That really sucks. Looks like if you can't buff/wax it out, than last option is the body shop. I had someone hit my front drivers side panel that left a nice 4 inch long dent in my parking lot at my college. ****es me off to this day looking at it. I gotta get it fixed. Goodluck.

that area is too large for touch up paint. To truly repair this without looking ghetto, i suggest you go to a body shop. But with all things said, you live in a city and youre lucky your bumpers have kept up as good as they have. I have a few scrapes and bends in my rear bumpers from other cars.. .i used to get really upset... but hey, its just a car. You can do all you can to keep it pristine but there's folks out there who really have no clue or don't give a damn.
a car once bumped me from behind in a parking lot. I got out of my walked up to the truck. it tured out to be an old lady and she had no clue i was behind her. the damage was minor and i felt it wasnt worth arguing.
With that that said, im getting body work done this weekend. not so much just to fix the dents, but moreso to install a new stillen lip, side skirts and rear valances... so im getting it all done for completeness. lets see how long this lasts. sorry for the long gripe. Im really quite peaceful in reallife

thanks for all the input !!!
I will take it to the local body shop that worked on my brother's Aurora.
Them guys did great paint job on his 97 black Olds.
if they quote me more than $100 - I will live it as is, and wait till next summer and get it all done with body kit installed.
well - i'm not spotless anymore......
