well today i was driving and saw that i was low so i pulled into the nearest gas station which was a citgo. filled up a full tank with 03 octane which was $31!!!! after driving a little bit, i felt a really rough idle and the car bogs in every gear until i go about 3000...and even then it is not smooth. got out and felt the muffler tip and the exhaust putts.
anyone have any explanation for this?
any input is very much appreciated.

the exhaust puts usually anyways, so i think thats unrelated, it maybe that uve got some bad gas in there

 

will bad gas damage any part of the motor? injectors??

It could. I had a batch of bad gas give me a CEL in my old '94 Tbird. It ended up causing an injector to go bad, and one or two other small things.
