need help!! muffler hangin low!

yea... it's finally bugging me. as you can see, the tip hangs a bit low. is there any way i can bring the rear end higher? also the muffler looks kinda tilted from side angle. possible new rubbers rather then OEM's?

bend the 2 metal bars on the muffler down so it will go up
