I had mine ported and polished by someone with machining tools and he's a professional. He was unable to port the inside of the upper intake, He ported it until where it curves. But the lower plenum came out really nice and I noticed some gains about 5-10hp. Now I also got my heads ported and polished with a valve job and I assume thats where I will notice the most gains in combination with the ported intake.

 

Why didn't you bore it out to 3.2L while you were in there? Someone did it before and didn't see much gain but it wouldn't hurt...
