car wobbles at 80mph
Are we talking a bona-fide wobble, or a vibration through the steering wheel? I think if it's a bona-fide wobble, you have serious suspension issues. If it's a vibration, it seems the most common cause would be a tire balance problem.
You can check your wheel weights to se if they've shifted or fallen off. Have you locked up your brakes lately? If so, you could have flat-spotted your tire(s). Hit any curbs or bad potholes? That could cause a bent rim.
Try rotating your tires front to back. If the vibration seems to "follow" the tires, that is the cause (fronts cause steering wheel vibration, rears you'll feel more in the seat, atleast in my experience).

i've got a wobble at 73-76mph. after multiple trips to get wheels/tires rebalanced, it still shakes a little. alignment is fine because when i run my snow tires on OEM rims, there is no wobble.
at this point i'm going to try to find a dynamic balance where they balance at speed and hope that will fix it. otherwise it's the rims and that would suk!

How about a low speed wobble. The steering wheel moves back and forth only at low speeds. No pull and no vibrations on the highway. Just had it aliagned and wheels were balanced. The shop said my front end was good.
Any suggestion? Sorry for jumping on this thread, just thought it might be relavent.
