looks like you have a K&N panel filter, check the airbox to be sure look for orange filter instead of white paper.

I think he is talking about the snorkel/scoup...it is oem (original equiptment) for all our cars. The idea behind it is to try to bring colder air i nto the engine by trying to bring it from outside the engine bay. As for the K&N Sticker, that is an aftermarket filter company. You have the oem filter box, and resonator, (which are pieces removed when upgrading their air intake [filter]). You probably have a K&N drop in panel filter. If you do, I would check it, and see if it needs a "recharge" ..which means oiling.

most just leave em in...not really worth the little effort to take them out. I figured maybe it would bring a lil cooler air back to the filter still...but it has to go through so many bends, it is really useless

i left my snorkel on... i think it makes a difference when using the a/c. At least that's what I noticed. I get cooler air w/ the snorkel on.

I would say to get rid of the stock airbox and go HAI or CAI. leak snorkel on if you're goin HAI
