My sunroof acts weird. When i pull up in my driveway or any a parking place, if i roll the windows up, and then close my sunroof. My sunroof only closes half way. I ahve to wait a couple minuets or turn the car off and then on to get it to close the rest of the way. What culd this be from.

Me too.

I have had that happen to me at times. Only a few times. I am not too worried because it doesnt happen frequently, but I do have the same problem. When i pull in a space to park, i sometimes roll my windows up while closin my sunroof (all at the same time). I dont know if theres like a lackage of power. It seems to me when my friends open the door when im doing this the sunroof stops halfway. I have to jus rehold the button to finish closing it. IM nto too sure what is goin on, but would like to know as well.

Hey. My sunroof does the same thing so I took it back to the dealer. At Carmax they said that it was normal. I don't buy it. Maybe its due to the fact that a certain amount of voltage is used to roll up te windows. If you ever have the dome light on when you have the engine off and you roll the windows up you can see that the light dims a little, especially if you are rolling up all four. Maybe it draws too much current to close all five at the same time.

I remember reading a post that said the windows and sunroof are all on one circuit with a fusible link or whatever. When the circuit is really loaded (operating all the above at the same time), the link overheats and must cool before operating again. Some kind of safety feature to save the fuse. Try doing windows and sunroof separately and see if the problem continues.
