Hi just Registered

Registered yesterday but never posted

Just bought a 97 GXE Maxima
All stock, need a paint job and a once over but drive like a new born (as compared to my previous a 86 toyota)

I have notice two thing I need to ask:
(a) I seem to be getting poor gas milage could a fuel filter change provide better result

(b) I previous owner used mid-grade all the time, I know this hsa been answered to death but would it do my car any thing to just abruptly move up to premium

BTW I'm from the Miami, FL :-)
