Sunroof Repair
So I'm getting ready to tear into my broken sunroof this weekend (it won't close or tilt properly)... I've bought my repair kit from Nissan, read the FAQ on this subject, and read http://www.vqpower.com/v2/modules.ph...howpage&pid=43 .
My 3 questions are:
1) Has anyone seen the full TSB for the sunroof repair?
2) Does it offer any information that isn't included in what I've read from above?
3) For those that have done this repair, any words of advise?
Just as a comment, I thought it was funny that the parts people at 2 different dealerships had never heard of a "Sunroof Repair Kit" (glad I had the part # with me) and the service writer had never had a Maxima in need of a sunroof repair before.

The number is: 00-001; dated: DEC 99; Sunroof - Binds/Leaks/Inoperative. Let me know what you find!
I was considering purchasing this service from Alldata just for the TSB's, have you found them to be helpful?

TSB is a must
I strongly recommend you read the instructions from the service manual
as listed in the thread. It tells you how to correctly set the initial position of the lid. Otherwise you have to try numerous times to make it fit in perfectly. I succeeded at the first attempt and now my moonroof works like new. Couldn't be happier.
