bang for your buck

well I backed into a firehydrent the other night and I am getting some money from the INS company (don't ask) its gonna be about 2,000 bucks im gonna be fixing the body damage myself I was just wondering with the money left over I was thinking about some preformace parts for my max.....now my question what should I go with first I am mostly looking for power not handling any suggestings?

id go with the Place Racing cold air intake, cattman y-pipe, then id go with the greddy catback

welcome to the org man!! when i had my 98 i did performance 1st and suspension last. now i see how much suspension makes a diff. you can have a lot more fun(and safer) to drive fast when u have suspension hooked up. just my 2cents. but if you ignore my message, i had the frankencar with mid pipe, y pipe and muffler, and it was A LOT more fun to drive(especially when i did my suspension... )..have fun with your maxi!! almost forgot y-pipe is deff the most bang for your buck too

get the frankencar intake, they are really good there good devolpment. get the budget ypipe
then get a NX efi wet kit =P

definetley y-pipe ( either budget, cattmann, or warpspeed. All are excellent. - $200

intake - $50-$150

suspension - spring/strut combo $500 - $800

P.s.

Stay away from Random Technology catalytic converters and pretty much anything from Stillen. R/T cats are overpriced and fall apart after awhile. Stillen has good products but they're a little too proud of it, grossly overpriced.
