Just installed JWT intake, and Check engine is on?

After I installed my JWT Popcharger, I forgot to reattach the electrical connector for the mass air sensor, and I think that tripped the check engine light....Do I have to reset it at the ECU, or will it go off eventually? Any help is greatly appreciated....Thanks

You have to reset it. I did the same thing and took it down to my dealer and he reset it for me.
