I think it looks better than the clears. It would look better if the windows were tinted.

Stillen Day 5 yrs ago...Tinted clear lense
DTM...Reflector painted black (originally done in Dallas)
I understand your point but the mods are very much not the same, just look similar.

Surprisingly I like it, but you've GOT to ahve the windows tinted with it...looks RIDICULOUS with clear windows.

BTW, people with the "other", 6 spoke, 2K+ rims on there...I had never seen those on a 4th gen until I saw one driving around here the other week. Those rims are killen'em on the 4th gen...nice.

Yeah...that's Darrick's ride. Sprint springs are helping those 2k+ rims look even nicer.

:o)

I think it looks awesome on a black Maxi. I don't see the point on a white Max. If I didn't go red/clear (the best) on a white Max., I would go all-red before red/smoke.

To do the DTM, should I use a basecoat or a primer and do you think I should use black or my color code to paint the lights? I will be ordering the 12.5 oz spray can from www.paintscratch.com.

I thought about it like that, but I got the diamond cut look to it this way.

Why are you buying paint online? Just get it at walmart or autozone. Just get automotive paint. I used grey charcoal color for a titanium look rather than the flat black.

I would just get the color that matches your car. But you really aren't going to notice a difference. It will have a 'tinted' look to it.

Why would you want dark green tails? Just the flat black if you want

Eric

IMO beige maximas are ugly to start with

but if that guy would have had rims that color like the tails that would be alot different and tint, and if he used a titanium grey color instead of black.
