Need Help Fast E-Brake Prob

Yesterday I notices my right side (passenger) rotor was running alot hotter than all others. After lifting the car I noticed the e-brake line has a slice in it and it must be kinked because the e-brake is always engaged, thus the hot brake. I cant fix the slice my self so i was wondering if i can keep this line unhooked until i can get it somewhere. will this cause any problems besides e-brake not working correctly? I dont want my rotor to run so hot until i can get it fixed thanks.

My ebrake cable on the right side has been disconnected from the caliper a few weeks now. Ebrake works only on the left side. No effect on regular hydraulic brake system.

The ebrake is disconnected because the rotating lever it connects to on the caliper is seized. The ebrake cable itself works fine. When I drop the ebrake handle, the seized lever does not budge. The ebrake cable tries to return in its released position, and slides out the lever. I decided to buy a rm caliper instead of fixing it myself because of the many many internal parts involved.
