rear brakes
i was change out my rear studs and my brother got in my car and pressed the brake down when the caliper was off and caliper piston came out a good bit more than it was. does anyone know if i can fix this or do i have to buy a new brake caliper.
No problem. You turn the piston clockwise to lower it into its housing. When you reinstall the caliper, make sure the nub on the inside pad is aligned with the cut on the piston face. Don't forget to open the brake reservoir cap while turning the piston. And watch for brake fluid level.
