Spark plug wires?

I'm about to grab some spark plugs ( 6 NGK Iridium) for my car but I've heard I should change the wires too? What wires are these and where can i grab them?

the maxima has a distributeless ignition system it uses individual coil packs rather than a single coil pack that distruputes the ignition through wires to the individual cylinders. You don't need to change any wires just the plugs.
