If it has been over a week with no return of PM's or email. request a refund. Delay sometimes happens but delay with no correspondence usually means ripoff.

He said he his town was hit by the hurricane but in his profile it says he lives in Maryland...so seemed kind of weird. I was thinking maybe he only has interent access at work so I thought since he said he was shipping it out last tuesday I would give him a week and if I don't see it or hear from him request the money back from papay.
