I need to replace the hood struts in my 95 Maxima. Does anyone know of a good place online to get a deal? I could actually buy two sets -- my 96 is also weak, but usually holds the hood up until the wind blows.

At $36 each or so, this could get expensive for something that doesn't make it run any better!

 

Go to your local Advance Auto store or Dicount Auto, I got mine there for about $40.00 for both and where very easy to install.

I also just noticed the SEARCH function works again. I found some more information there as well -- like Strong Arms have a lifetime warranty. My kind of deal, since I drive cars forever!
