How to take out rear speakers?

I wanted to change my rear speakers and I ran into some trouble while I was trying to take the old ones out. Someone told me that I have to take out the back seat and then it will be easy.
Can someone tell me how to do it step by step, I could not even take out the back seat when I tried.

Thanks a lot.

Yes take out the back seat, it will be easier.

The bottom is real easy, look under the seat toward the front bottom part where the seat meets the carpet, you will find 2 hooks you need to pull, one under both sides and slide out the seat.

The top part of the seat needs to be unbolted and then pulled up then out towards yourself, it is held on with hooks on the back side.

Also take out the carpeted panel that the speaker covers are connected to, this piece is not easy to take out, you need to pull the 2 pillars on either side up and away and take off the upper rear stop light. It is held on by some snap fasteners too.
