? on tranny cooler

I just got done putting on my new hayden tranny cooler. I have a ? about the way the hose that goes on to the tranny. When i got the clamp as tight as it could go, the hose still seemed to be able to twist around... not go back and forth... just that i could twist it. Also after I drive around for a bit should i put more atf in it. Also if any has any pics of theres and how you installed it that would be great also.

Thanks
Brandon

I havent done this mod yet, but I have it sitting in my living room floor, and I have researched it. If you have the clamp as tight as possible, you should be alright. As long as it twists and not come off. You should have to put about 1qt of tranny fluid in it after a while. I will post a pic when I get it done, probably sometime next week.

Hope that helps!

As long as it doesnt leak any, it is OK. Mine can be rotated and doesnt leak.

Check the fluid first before you put anymore in. I did mine 3 days ago and didn't lose that much fluid when I took out the hoses. But I put in just a tiny bit just in case and now it's over the full mark

if you have this 403 cooler, you shouldn't need to add aft. it appears to meet between the high mark and the low mark on the dip stick.
