Whats wrong with my car??!!?

So I go out to move my car, since I'm blocking my dad in, and I turn it on(manual)...it stalls out. I turn it on again, and once again it stalls out. Finally, on the third try, it stays on the but revs are jumping from 500-1500 RPM, then finally it dips low and settles at 1000 RPM. WTF is wrong with my car?? I was in a rear end damage earlier this week, but that can't be it. It did mess up my exhaust, but that shouldnt affect turning on the car right? Any help/experience would be appreciated, thanks.
