nasty rank smell from climate control

i've got a stale feet smell coming when ever i turn on the heat or a/c. i've read about a retrofit cabin microfilter, but don't really wanna hack my duct system up.

anyone know a way to clean out the duct system in a 1995??

Go buy a can of evaporator/duct cleaner from the autoparts store and follow the directions. Over time condensation creates mold on your evaporator.

I did see a product online once that had a hose attahced to the can to let you get close to the evaporator. You could do a search for it. I'm not sure if you can get a hose down in there on a Max, but you could check if you're interested.

I had the same thing happen to me (and thought i had some stank as.s feet...)

but yeah, follow the instructions above and you'll be fine.

and instead of answering "FAQ", Maxed out, just help tha brotha...it was a simple question

Go here and look under odor control. This is what the pro's use to clean your condensor, which is where the odor is coming from.
