I currently have the Greddy SP catback exhaust on my 1996 se. When I shift from 1st to 2nd gear, the muffler shakes. Is there a way to restrict my exhaust chamber from shaking???

 

secure all bolts and rubbers. sometimes when you over tightened your 14mm bolts between your muffler and b-pipe, it tends to bang against the bottom of your car as well. get some exhaust gasket and loosen up the bolts a bit maybe it'll help. (it worked for me)

 

I have the same problem as you. The Greddy muffler on my 96 SE5spd shakes very violently everytime I peel out from a stop. It goes away after like the middle of 2nd gear. But i dunno why it does this. It's cool I dont really mind since it doesn't shake while normal driving. But i do have a big dent on my muffler tip becuz it hit the bumper so hard it left a dent on the tip. It doesn't look so good if I try to sell it
