There both going to be harsher than stock but the sprints will give you a considerably better drop...I have had both and in my opinion the eibachs handle better than the sprints...if you get sprints, cut one dead coil off the rears to even it out...eibachs on a 5spd will be alittle higher in the front

Eibach drop on my homepage (my trunk had about 60 lbs in it, normally my car is perfectly level)
But if you're looking for a finger or two drop..... you'll probably want sprint. Then again, if you want handling, you'll go Eibach. What ever you value more. Also, sprints are much harsher.
Also check:

Maybe you should get a ride with someone with Sprints or Eibachs to see?

I think eibachs are just at harsh maybe even harsher than sprints...I liked sprints alot better than eibachs because of the drop aspect. Im taking my eibach/AGX out and puttin in Ground Controls so I have the adjustability for winter.
I think its all in eye of the beholder...some people think H&R's are stiff, when thats the softest spring out there

A lot of the illusion of harshness comes from hitting the bumpstops. Which makes ground controls VERY harsh when they are lowered to the point of being a 1 finger gap. You'll only have about a half an inch (or less) of suspension travel left.
That's the problem with fixed springs and coilover systems with seperate shocks, you have no way of moving the bumpstop (except to get them cut or get KYB bumpstops, which everyone should be doing anyway)
Which is why I really love the JIC coilovers, the shocks are seperately height adjustable from the spring perch, which lets you move the bumpstop anywhere you want. But that option is for people with nearly unlimited cash flow.
On my eibachs and cut front bumpstops I have about an inch of travel left, which really isn't much. Ride is somewhat harsh with my 18s, but for the majorly increased handling ability, it was more than worth it.
Also, since njmaxseld lives somewhat close to you, I'd definately have him go over your choices, he is very knowledgeable. Since he does a lot of suspension installs, he probably knows a great deal of people with the exact suspension setup you're looking for who can all give you a ride. Definately a resource to look into.
