what is the Best color for undercar neon kit for a 98 black maxima?
#11
anything but blue would look horrible under a black maxima...red works on sportier black cars, and green works for black hondas.... why u want under neon anyway? illegal and not great looking

Alright, go with the Red man, blue and black together aren't real hot. Red would turn some heads and look good. And it would be sharp...just be sure to check local laws for light usage.
But, instead of doing this, is there anything in your engine bay or interior you'd like to trick out first? Got an intake? Stereo that sounds good? Want in-car neons first?

cold air intake will give you more power. if that power is not used, fuel is burned more efficiently, giving you better gas mileage. Probably not too much of a difference but over a month you might save a buck or two.

Power gained/lost does not have an effect on gas mileage when you are talking about a few HP here and a few HP there.
I agree.

several things to consider, CAI gets instant cold air, so supposedly better at low end. once you get up to high speed and cool air is flowing into the engine compartment, a pop charger with less piping and a big filter surface area could make more power. high end power, low end power...whatever, its an intake

But the topic for debate was whether it will affect gas mileage... which it doesn't.
