Enough power for ACT Stage 1?

Ive got a 98 with a y-pipe, intake + midpipe. Clutch is starting to slip and it'll need to be replaced soon. Is that enough power for the ACT Stage 1? Thanks

...must have a lot of miles on your stock clutch...

OEM is the best for any Max that isn't boosted/n2o.

Yup, unless you plan on boosting/n2o, go with OEM, no reason for added stress on your tranny.

ok thanks guys. I wont be doing any N02 or anything so I guess I'll just go stock. not that many miles though, only 85k..I work the clutch pretty good, but still that seems early for the clutch to be slipping. Its really only in higher gears if I push it really hard

Im an auto guy with a question would it be too grippy, and not have enough slip to be for daily use

Well im running an Exedy Stage One, which is the pretty much the same as an ACT stage one, and mine is no worse than a stock clutch as far as driveability. The only time you really see the difference is when you go racing, clutch grabs like noones business...
