performance coil packs?

performance coil packs?
is it possible to get any gains out of coil packs, since we dont have wires?

by the way, what was the logic behind using coil packs over caps/wires?

Afaik, there is still a wire inside the coilpack caseing that provides power to the sparkplug.

Individual ignition coil suppose to give better control on ignition timing and therefore better combustion (more fuel efficient) as compared to a distributor.

-No plug wires,cap or rotor to replace ever!
-No slop in distributor over time from worn bushing.
-Your car can limp to the service station on 5 cylinders,if one coil dies. With one master coil dead, no cylinders run and yer stuck.

get the twin power from stillen...and after market alternator if they make it dunno about that one...
