headlight is out on low beam but fine for high...

the bulbs are less than a year old. about 6 months ago i put in new wiring harnesses. i'm running phillips blue visions with nokya 9004 harnesses. i recently installed fogs, which still don't work (it's been too cold to fix their wiring), and maybe i somehow messed them up with the wire i tapped into? i tapped into the harness in front of my battery, a random unused one that another member suggested for the fogs.

also and maybe important clue...when a headlight is out, your highbeam indicator light will illuminate, however it's not coming on. so does that mean that i messed up the wiring?

any suggestions??

Check the filament inside the bulb....probably just blew the low beam. Go buy a new one...
