The only coil I would cut off an Eibach pro-kit would be a back coil. thats only because the coils sit right on top of each other.

Have you ever seen a car with cut coils bounce? Have you ever seen a car with cut coils go out of control ? Let us hope that you are never unfortunate to be in the car , but casually a spectator when this does happen You might think I am wishing you bad tiddings ,but I am only trying to pevent you from making a horrible decision. Cutting a coil off the Eibach spring , will change the spring rate(which is designed by Eibach for your car). Your car will not look as pretty when it is a wreck , compared to how it is with your uneven front, sitting higher than your rear .
Good luck and remember oppinions are like ahhhswholes , every one has one ! So this is mine!

such a debated topic. i have cut coils b4, and boy do i not recommend it (even though it was not my car). maybe, just maybe, you can get away with cutting off a bit of coil, just dont cut too much cut is gunna get a bit hairier, and a bit bouncier. some ppl have cut coils with no ill fx, so hey its your car so go nuts but again i dont recommend it

Reminds me of a story I heard this weekend at a south cal meet. One of the guys who use to have cut eibachs took his car into the dealer to get serviced, and on the way out they forgot he had cut Eibachs and lowered his car normally off the lift. As he was driving away one of his springs popped off the seat. They had had to put the car back up on the lift and have 5 guys (one on each side, and one to lower the lift) to get his springs to seat correctly.

Then again, he's now given up on the cut Eibachs and gotten sprints..... so maybe that tells you something.
