Help :) Muffler size for the max. (inlet/outlet)....

Hey guys...

curious... My bro wants to get me a muffler Dynomax superturbo

BUT... what size do i need and what inlet outlet would i need?

ie: center oulet and left inlet? or?

oh... size wise i meant like literally the size of the muffler... my bro said theres diff size available?

hmmm, 2-1/4 is my whole system, but depends on if you're stock or not. My cat back is 2-1/4 and my muffler is I/O 2.5 so thats my .02

Oh hehe i meant what are the physical dimensions of the muffler...
ie; 1 foot by xxx....

i'm totally getting 2.5" in and 3" out...

the bigger th quieter, and if its straight thru design then the inlet/oulet are exaclty same in/out, but if its baffled the outlet will be offset, it's personal preference, but I'd get a baffled one to keep the noise down.

oh ok... so i can get whichever model i want then... the pipe can be centered on inlet and outlet... welll let me rephrase... the outlet i believe is centered on the oval style muffler... but the inlet doesn't matter... I should probably go with the offset inlet since it will be more silent and atleast make only a bit of sound... not much
