Bi-Xenon Projectors Done.[pics]
well it took me about a month to get all the parts together and then a week to put it all together and these are the results. I still have not hooked up the hi beams on the projectors, but ill do that tomorrow and ill take some pictures of that. I’m very happy with the result, i still have some adjustments to make, but it looks great. No more glare and a nice cut off line so that I don’t blind other people on the road. These are also E-code projectors which is the European standard so it’s a little different than dot. Basically it has a very nice cut off line with very little glare.
As for the whole install its a PITA cause there is very little space to work with and trying to waterproof everything was the hardest part, but it all can together in the end.
here are the pictures, enjoy.

You're the first, aren't you? I REALLY like them. VERY good job.
Did you take any pictures during the process or feel like doing even the slightest write up? I'd be very interested to get the general concept as well as how you made them adjustable ...
They look like lexus projectors I just saw on eBay ...

well i do have to adjust them a little, but it was also wet out so they didn’t show as well on the ground. You have to see them in person to appreciate them.
as for dual projectors there is room but will take allot more moding to the body of the car its self really not worth it unless you can find some really small and shallow projectors, but most are 6” in length.
angle eyes? well i was going to do them and i will that’s my next project, i was just too anxious to pop these in so i couldn’t wait to do the angle eyes
and ill throw together a little write up of the basic steps, but there is no one way of doing these, allot depends on the parts you get.

Seriously, nice work. It's good to see someone here execute a project that improves on the automotive world. BTW, where are those projector units from?

Hi beams are up and running
I finally hooked up the shield solenoid on the Bi-xenon projectors and wired everything up with my driving lights. Good thing i bought some fog/driving dual beam lights.
