For those of you who don't have a CAI...

Get one!
I am utterly amazed at what this piece of "art" does
for the engine. It is beautiful to look at, adds some
nice HP (not sure if 8-12 really applies), but what
sets it apart is the "intoxicating" sound you here
when you get on it.
First gear is not all to impressive, but once you shift
into 2nd and step on it, the car comes alive and is a
blast to drive. It definitely turns heads. People think
you have some kind of exotic car.
I would categorize the sound as: "normal" at average around
the town speeds and accelerations & "intoxicating" when
you step out from 2nd gear on. I still get a chuckle when
I step on it. Other friends can do nothing but "laugh"
at how awesome it sounds.
Well worth the $225. My wife said that "if I had known
you would have been this happy with this, I would have let
you buy this a long time ago". That about sums it up.
Go buy one today!

same sound...cheaper methods
INstead of adding that big CAi tube, you can just replace the MAF unit. This is the straight tube part of the CAI. I just installe dones in a friends car, and it was a HUGE difference, this was just with a big K&N cone on it. We didn;t even bother with the lower tube. Mostly b/c it wasn;t fitting right. and second b/c we didn;t feel like cutting a whole. we're gonna try some ducting, but this is amazing, and dont think the tube can do much better. just my thoughts, peace
